Mountain Climber is a meditative precision platformer about the careful joy of ascent. Your climber is controlled limb by limb — each arm grasps independently, and your footing matters as much as your grip.
Fall and you don't restart from the beginning; the physical world persists and you simply have to try the section again. Progress is measured not in lives but in understanding — eventually every handhold makes sense.
The mountain art is spectacular, drawn in a painterly low-colour style that shifts from snowy foothills to storm-wracked peaks as you climb.
